FortNine accepts eligible returns within 30 days. The return window begins from the date your order is delivered.
Returns requested after the 30-day return window may not be accepted unless required by applicable law or approved by FortNine customer service.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in returnable condition and must meet the requirements below.
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- The item must be clean, undamaged, and free from odors, stains, marks, pet hair, dirt, or signs of use.
- Original packaging, tags, labels, manuals, accessories, protective materials, and included parts must be returned when applicable.
- Parts, accessories, and gear must not be installed, mounted, modified, or tested in a way that changes their original condition.

Item Condition
Returned items are inspected after they arrive. Items that show signs of use, installation, damage, missing components, or condition changes may not qualify for a refund.
For riding gear, please try items indoors and keep all tags and packaging intact until you are sure the size, fit, and product are right for you.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items may not be eligible for return. Non-returnable items may include:
- Used, worn, washed, altered, installed, mounted, or damaged items.
