These crash bars are crafted from sandblasted 25 mm titanium tubes, offering reduced weight and enhanced corrosion resistance. Weighing approximately 40% less than comparable stainless steel alternatives, it maintains the same high-strength mechanical properties. At just 6.7 lbs., it is one of the lightest options available for the BMW R1300GS / Adventure. Designed to safeguard the engine, the structure is partially mounted to the chassis to effectively distribute impact forces. It is fully integrated with the bike’s components and has undergone extensive testing and deformation analysis. Engineered with Akrapovic's signature precision, these crash bars impose no restrictions on lean angle and are ABE type-approved.

The 2.5 mm thick carbon fiber protection elements deliver added structural strength and offer the option for easy replacement if damaged. Precision TIG welding and laser-cut, finely machined 10 mm flanges ensure a perfect fit and maximum durability. The set is finished with an engraved Akrapovic logo and feature the word "Titanium" to highlight the use of this advanced material. Once installed, the crash bars also provide the ability to mount additional accessories, such as extra gear, luggage or lighting.
