The SX-1 Plasma Knee Protectors feature a Plasma Knee Protector embedded into a highly ventilated semi-rigid frame construction for superior impact protection. The integrated Dual Gear System (DGS) where both the upper and lower frames have integrated gear profiles that ensure a smooth hinge function to promote the natural articulation of the knee. The ergonomically sculpted frames of the SX-1 PLASMA Knee Protector feature strategically positioned rigid and flexible over-injected shells, providing a secure yet adaptive fit for a wide range of leg sizes. The Patella System is engineered to offer full coverage of the knee cup regardless of the degree of extension while the rigid outer Patella System shell prevents injuries from handlebar strikes.

Constructed from a USDA Certified Biobased viscoelastic material and designed for multi-directional pliability, these protectors mold to the knee for a close fit, effectively dissipating impact energy to deliver reliable protection. The SX-1 Plasma Knee Protectors are engineered with a scooped lower extension made from a soft polymeric blend to avoid any pressure points associated with a hard edge from occurring as a result of the boot pushing against the protector. The same scooped design is also applied to the upper extension, preventing the protector from digging into the skin and causing discomfort while riding.
