AXIAL AX2 Air Back Protector

The all new AX2 Air Back protectors offer the maximum in ventilation for a CE2 back protector. Perfect to pair with any mesh jacket for max airflow in summer temperatures, the AX2 Air Back protectors use geometric efficiencies that provide CE level 2 protection while reducing heat buildup in hot summertime temps. The geometric lattice structure dis-purses impact energy rather than transferring it to the body.

The height and width have been slightly reduced compared to the AX2 armor to fit into back protector pockets better. Unlike the other AX2 back protectors, this back protector cannot be trimmed. AX2 Air uses a Newtonian material that remains consistent regardless of flex vs AX2 which is non-Newtonian in that the AVP material locks upon impact to spread the load of the impact.
