Cylinder Works Big Bore Kits are high-performance cylinder kits that increase displacement for more power while renewing factory compression ratios and cylinder health. Kits include cylinder(s), rings, gaskets and hardware required for installation - achieving essential "rebuild" tasks while enlarging overall displacement. Big Bore Kits ship with all new - not remanufactured - forged aluminum piston(s) of the same compression ratio but increased diameter over stock units. Pistons are constructed from the highest quality 2618 aluminum alloy with full molybdenum disulphite skirts. Supplied cylinder sleeves are diamond honed to the exact bore dimension and proper surface finish to ensure proper ring seal and oil retention. Cylinder Works Big Bore Cylinder Kits meet or exceed OEM quality to take worn, tired engines above and beyond factory performance levels.
