Featuring a multi-layered and adaptive impact system, the Formula Helmet incorporates advanced technologies focused on providing protection beyond the risk of skull fractures, aiming to mitigate the danger of concussions.

Fly's Impact Energy Cells, enhanced with RHEON technology, constitute the helmet's primary line of defense. Utilizing innovative viscoelastic material, RHEON improves energy dissipation upon impact through strategically placed energy-absorbing cells within the helmet's interior. For additional protection, Fly has combined their patented Conehead EPS technology with expanded volume EPS in critical zones, designed to respond appropriately to both low and high-speed impacts. Furthermore, the Conehead EPS design results in a softer, lighter foam, enhancing comfort by reducing overall weight while more effectively absorbing impact forces across a wide range of impact scenarios.
