The Ohlins TTX RT Shock offers race-grade performance to the street and track day enthusiast. Many of its features and components, including Ohlins TTX (Twin Tube Technology) were based on the race-proven TTX36. TTX Technology virtually eliminates cavitation of shock oil when the shock is pushed to the limit. This alleviates unwanted chassis vibrations or the loss of rear tire traction, which can diminish any rider’s confidence to go fast. Every shock is thoroughly researched and developed using shims and valves specific to each motorcycle. Ohlins TTX RT Shocks feature a wide and precise range of independent compression, rebound and preload settings for further fine-tuning to suit multiple riding style and track conditions.

Upgrading your rear shock is not only a great way to improve your motorcycle's handling but can also improve tire wear and performance. This is possible because the Ohlins shock manages weight transfer much better compared to an OEM shock, leading to a more consistent tire contact patch. The more force your shock can handle, the less unnecessary force is put on your tires.
