The Moto Tassinari VForce 3 Reed System was developed in part with direct feedback from some of the world’s best riders, including the “GOAT” Ricky Carmichael, and James Stewart. No amount of dyno testing can replicate the real world torture tests of countless laps ridden by Ricky and James. After gaining the stamp of approval from the best riders in the world, VForce Reed Valves could be found on countless Factory Team bikes, both on and off the track.

The unique design of the VForce 3 delivers double the reed tip surface over a conventional reed valve. This design allows the reed petals to travel half the distance yet still deliver the same amount of airflow. Since the petals are only traveling half the distance, they generally last longer and receive much less wear than the reed petals used on a conventional design. There is also a greater chance of the reeds being fully opened and fully closed at the proper time which translates directly to improved throttle response and more power throughout the entire powerband.
