Vertex Complete Engine Rebuild Kits include replacement pistons of stock size. For rebuild projects requiring cylinder wall honing or machining, Vertex "OS" Engine Rebuild Kits include all the same rebuild hardware plus an oversized piston (+0.5-3.0mm larger than OE piston diameter).
